Medical Receptionist - Geriatric Annapolis, MD Pay From: $18 per hour MUST: 2 solid years of experience as a Medical Receptionist - Geriatric Experience using EMR systems Experience answering a high volume phone Experience working for a multi-provider office Checking patients in and out Experience scheduling procedures and handling pre-authorizations Strong customer service skills Must be proactive, articulate and be able to work in fast paced environment Strong computer skills and EMR experience Data entry skills Ability to respond to inquiries and take clear concise messages Must be organized and have the ability to multi-task DUTIES: Duties include but are not limited to the following: Answer phones Schedule appointments and procedures Verify insurance Enter patient information into EMR Provide customer service Take clear concise and neat phone messages Respond to inquiries Route calls appropriately Quadrant is an affirmative action/equal opportunity employer.
