Project Manager

Location: This role will be located in Lake Forest, IL

Duration: 12 months

Pay: $40-$50/hr depedning on experience

Now is the time to bring your expertise to a new role for a Fortune 500 Solutions Integrator where success and fulfillment go hand in hand. You will be at the forefront of helping businesses transform their cloud, data, AI, cybersecurity, and analytics to ensure they are future-ready.

As a Project Manager with Insight, you will Oversee and track the progress of Information Systems (IS) teams across various project phases. Schedule and lead weekly IS status calls where each team (CAM, Epic, Application) reports high-level progress. Identify project risks and resource needs during these meetings.

As a Project Manager you will get to:

  • Maintain detailed notes and files related to IS status calls and project meetings.
  • Ensure organized access for the team to all documentation.
  • Collaboration with LFH Expansion Project Team:
  • Assist in reporting IS status to the LFH Expansion project team.
  • Identify and allocate IS resources to support project tasks and milestones.
  • Attend and support IS teams and the LFH Expansion team in relevant project meetings.
  • Organize IS subgroups as necessary for project tasks.

We are looking for a Project Manager with:

  • Plan and coordinate go-live activities.
  • Manage the schedule for onsite and remote support.
  • Inform IS teams about go-live logistics, such as parking, rounding expectations, etc.
  • Assist with administrative tasks including command center location setup, temporary docking stations, and office supplies.
