Phillips Medisize is seeking a senior financial analyst with strong analytical and communication skills to join our team! The selected candidate will have strong attention to detail and take a proactive approach to solution problems or capitalize opportunities related to internal reporting, customer reviews/requests and investment needs. This role will interact regularly with our commercial team to develop demand & revenue forecasts for significant global customers. With regular engagement with our operations team, FP&A and global cost development, this role will engage with many functions across our organization which brings opportunity to understand a broad range of capabilities within our business.

This role will sit out of Hudson at least 3 days a week.

What You Will Do

* Revenue Forecasting Process lead: Collaborate with our commercial team for short term and long range strategic forecasting. Continuously improve our processes and tools to analyze and communicate revenue forecasts which clearly identifies impacts of both volume and pricing changes.
* Decision Support Champion: Develop financial modeling, engage in effective challenge and identify key inputs to the decision-making framework supporting new program and/or business opportunities. This will require working closely with a range of business partners to help gather and distill the key information needed for the decision-making process, customer negotiations and managing our risk exposure - including pricing points of view and terms and conditions

* Reporting & Project Accountability: Develop knowledge systems and communicate regularly on the impact of key bets and initiatives to our business health. Understand and translate key bet assumptions to business's financial results. Support management reporting at various hierarchy levels (i.e. BU, Segment, Customer, etc.). This may be recurring or ad-hoc reporting to support and guide commercial decisions and activities.
* PBM Culture Steward: Foster and build the financial acumen and economic thinking of internal customers through coaching and training. Advance the Principle-Based Management culture by applying and reinforcing the companies Guiding Principles. Deploying a contribution motivated mindset to drive continued growth and improvement across the organization.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

* Minimum 5 years' experience in a Finance or related role.
* University degree in Finance/Accounting or a related field.
* Excellent data/financial modeling skills utilizing Excel, Power BI, etc.
* Strong interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to communicate well both verbally and visually using various software mediums (ppt, Excel, word etc)
* A demonstrated ability to work with cross functional teams. Experience working with a commercial organization is a plus.
* Demonstrated economic and critical thinking skills and ability to constructively challenge at all levels of the organization.

We anticipate the base compensation for this role to be between $90,000-$110,000.
