Business is Booming at C2 Imaging! As a leading supplier of digitally printed graphics and collateral, we work with some of the most recognizable brands around and we are expanding just to keep up. We are seeking a Fulfillment Team Lead. Position is responsible for direct supervision & responsibility of managing a team in the quality control process and kitting fulfillment of orders for our clients. Develop and implement processes and procedures related to quality control, packaging, kitting and fulfillment processes of large rollouts for companies with multiple locations with several different versions delivered to various locations.

Duties Include:
* Manage packaging department and oversee staff
* Packaging printed materials based upon detailed instruction and customer specifications
* Responsible for reading detailed instructions and ensuring items are packaged accurately
* Use tape, knives, rulers, bubble wrap and other packing materials to ensure that our prints arrive safely
* Follow written and verbal instructions and be reliable

Requirements:
* Packing/shipping experience
* Supervisory experience
* Fast paced
* Ability to read detailed paperwork and follow instructions
* Ability to work on your feet
* Detail Oriented
* Pass a pre-employment drug test

Compensation
$19 to $26 per hour depending upon experience
