Position Title: Contract Recruiter
Salary: Based on Experience A temporary Recruiter job in Beaver Dam, WI is available through Accelerate Professional Talent Solutions. This role requires candidates to have 2+ years of recruiting and/or human resources experience, within a manufacturing environment preferred. In this position, you will post jobs, screen and interview candidates for open roles, and extend job offers. This position will also collaborate with staffing agencies, maintain a pool of active candidates, and attend job fairs. A hybrid work schedule is offered with 1 or 2 days remote. Contract Recruiter Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Write and post job advertisements. - Source, screen, and interview candidates. - Extend job offers. - Collaborate with staffing agencies. - Maintain a pool of active candidates. - Attend job fairs. Contract Recruiter Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration a plus. - 2+ years of Recruiting and/or Human Resources experience, within a manufacturing environment preferred. - Strong experience with Microsoft Office Suite. - Working knowledge of HRIS and ATS software. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
