Position Title: Bilingual HR Manager
Salary: Based on Experience A Bilingual Human Resources Manager position in the Columbus, WI area is available through Accelerate Professional Talent Solutions. This role requires candidates to have 5+ years of human resources experience within a manufacturing environment. Candidates must be bilingual in English and Spanish. In this position, candidates will manage a team of 2-3 direct reports, oversee HR operations, ensure compliance with employment laws, and support employee relations. This position will also manage recruitment, handle employee relations issues, performance and leave management, compensation and benefits management, reporting, complete 401k, and I-9 audits, and communicate with management on HR concerns. This is primarily an onsite position with some flexibility to work from home as needed. Bilingual HR Manager Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Manage 2-3 direct reports. - Oversee daily HR operations. - Ensure compliance with federal and state employment law. - Provide leadership and guidance on employee concerns. - Administer employee benefits programs. - Oversee training and recruitment processes. - Complete needed reports and audit processes. - Work collaboratively with management team. Bilingual HR Manager Requirements: - 5+ years of Human Resources experience within a manufacturing environment required. Supervisory or management experience a plus. - Bilingual in English and Spanish required. - Bachelor degree in Human Resources, or related field, a plus. - Experience in recruiting, benefits, compensation, training, and employee relations. - Knowledge of federal and state employment law. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - HRIS experience and MS Office proficiency.
