Hill International is seeking a Contract Specialist in Washington DC

Hill International is seeking a Contract Specialist to assist with a groundbreaking project in Washington, D.C. This position will support the project team in maintaining records & contract documents and providing additional assistance as needed.



  • Responsible for retrieving and organizing contract documents, as required, using the client's electronic project management system utilizing established procedures and protocols
  • Responsible for maintaining Hill's internal system and project folders for the project's financial recordkeeping and change management/buyout process
  • Responsible for assembling and distributing change order reports and document packages to the client and to the internal Hill team, as needed
  • Assists the project team with weekly and monthly progress report preparation and distribution
  • Assists the project team with other administrative functions (such as, but not limited to, organizing pricing packages, filing/distributing QA reports, compliance reports, and other required reports, as needed)
  • Prepare and issue client invoices in accordance with contract terms
  • Distribute ad hoc reports to internal and external customers as requested
  • Serve as contact for clients on collection of accounts receivable
  • Tracks meeting minutes, arranges meeting schedules, provides support for tracking risk, issues and action items
  • Complies with data integrity and security policies


  • 3-5 years' experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills; ability to communicate with various levels of company staff and management
  • Four-year college degree is preferred
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting
