Program Manager (DOD/PPB&E) Reston, VA Pay From: $81.00 per hour MUST: Active TS/SCI Security Clearance required Experienced Program Manager 15 plus years of experience as a Program Manager Mastery of qualitative and quantitative acquisition and program management analytic methodologies Ability to design comprehensive, new, or unique process improvement enablers to further streamline Agency PPB&E facilitation In-depth knowledge of acquisition lifecycle operations, including financial execution concepts, and provides knowledge management across organizational and intra-IC boundaries to clearly articulate key findings Ability to review analytic program management data for cogent arguments, provide adequate support for conclusions, and routinely tests accuracy of analytic data Experience with data reporting and visualization tools such as Excel, Tableau or Power BI Ability to work independently and with minimal oversight Bachelor's degree in a related field required DUTIES: Responsible for, but not limited to, the overall administrative, technical cost, schedule, performance, and risk of the program/effort Provide a monthly status report on project management and a funds status report for the previous month. The report shall include activities that occurred during the month Report any significant deviations in the project's technical, cost, risk and schedule parameters immediately to the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) Towards the end of the Period of Performance (PoP) the contractor shall provide a summary report of what transpired during the PoP Conduct quarterly Program Management Reviews (PMRs) on the project status Quadrant is an affirmative action/equal opportunity employer.
