Make your mark for patients

We are looking for a Quality & Compliance Associate who is fluent in Spanish and has experience working in performance improvement/quality to join us in our Rare Patient Services Operations team, based in our Research Triangle Park office in Raleigh, NC.

About the role:

This individual will execute established compliance activities, maintain required program documentation, monitor patient engagement and support change management.

Who you'll work with:

The Quality & Compliance Associate will work closely with the Quality & Compliance Operations Partner and Engagement Lead. This position will report to the Rare Patient Services Operations Lead

What you'll do:

  • Performs required procedures established between Rare Patient Services and UCB Safety.
  • Performs routine call monitoring of patient engagement by program associates (including Spanish-speaking engagement).
  • Supports third party partners to help execute identified quality improvement opportunities.
  • Follows document control protocols and updating of all program governance materials, including Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Collaborates in the design, build and implementation of program-specific training.

Interested? For this role we're looking for the following education, experience and skills:

  • Able to understand Spanish speaking conversation for the purposes of monitoring patient engagement
  • 1+ year of experience working in performance improvement/quality management/learning and development areas, preferably in a pharmaceutical or patient support environment
  • Solid speaking, writing, and ability to present to groups of all sizes

*This position's reasonably anticipated base salary range is $68,000 - $89,300 annually. The actual salary offered will take into account internal equity and may also vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills and experience, among other
