Compensation Range:

Anticipated Base compensation rate is in the range of $90,480.00 - $108,580.00 / Year depending on qualifications and experience.

Expectations:

The Clinical Quality Analyst is responsible for data analytics which support Huntington Health's need for analytical tools, and solutions that are generated by Quality Management. The Analyst understands how data is turned into information and knowledge, and how the knowledge supports and promotes continuous improvement in quality care and patient safety throughout the Huntington Health enterprise.

EDUCATION:
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems/Computer Science, Biostatistics, Data Science or related fields required.

EXPERIENCE/TRAINING:
3 - 5 years' experience in the healthcare provider industry required.
2 - 3 years' experience utilizing programs such as: NHSN, Tableau, Microsoft Office 365, advanced level Excel, MD-Staff, Verge, Theredoc or similar required.

SKILLS:
Excellent oral and written communication skills and organizational skills.
Works independently by prioritizing activities, staying professional under pressure, and completing activities in a timely manner.
