Sanitation Specialist

The primary focus of the Quality Compliance Analyst is to support the activities required to meet quality, food safety and other programs or regulatory compliances for Novolex.

• Reports to the Director of Quality and Food Safety.
• Interacts with internal customers such as Corporate Managers, Sales, Customer Service, Product Development, Pre-Production and Operations.
• Receives and records customer requests for program and regulatory compliances. Communicates to internal customers about progress, timing and works with team to respond to customer requests.
• Requests and maintains necessary compliance information.
• Organizes information in various databases, including customer portals.
• Drafts compliance paperwork for review and approval.
• Follows company policies and practices while representing Novolex in an ethical and business-like manner.
• This position is hybrid office/remote, and may enter manufacturing plants as part of performing the job.

• Self-starter and works under minimum supervision.
• Able to change priorities and work as part of a team.
• Detail oriented and consistently demonstrates accuracy, thoroughness and dependability.
• Experienced in use of MSOffice (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) programs.
• Ability to use sound judgment and raise concerns as needed.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
