Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related specialized area or equivalent experience is required plus a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree.

We apply advanced technologies such as Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain, AR/VR, Cloud Native and Quantum Physics to solve our customers' missions in cyber, RF, undersea, interstellar and everything in between.
While showing initiative, you'll coordinate and perform cross functional tasks in support of the operations/manufacturing organization in Marion, VA. The Senior Scheduler and Reporting Architect requires strong communication skills, a good understanding of project management or data systems, and the ability to solve problems effectively. More detailed tasks are listed below:
Senior Scheduler:
A Senior Scheduler primarily focuses on planning, managing, and ensuring the timely completion of projects, particularly those with many moving parts. Key functions include:
- Project Planning: Develop detailed project schedules based on scope, resources, and deadlines. Use tools like Microsoft Project/Excel, Power BI, or similar to outline tasks, timelines, and dependencies
- Coordination: Collaborate with Integrated Program Teams (IPTs), and various business stakeholders to ensure that everyone is on the same page regarding timelines, deliverables, and progress
- Monitoring and Reporting: Continuously track progress against the project schedule, identifying any risks or delays and making adjustments as needed. Provide regular updates and reports to senior management
- Resource Allocation: Ensure that the necessary resources (personnel, equipment, materials) are available at the right time to keep the project on track
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks to the project schedule (delays, resource shortages, etc.) and develop mitigation strategies
- Stakeholder Communication: Keep stakeholders informed about progress, challenges, and any changes to the schedule
- Performance Analysis: Analyze schedule performance (e.g., critical path, float) and suggest improvements to optimize efficiency
Reporting Architect:
A Reporting Architect focuses on designing and implementing reporting systems that allow organizations to extract, analyze, and present data efficiently. Key functions include:
- Requirements Gathering: Work with business leaders, analysts, and other stakeholders to understand the reporting needs of the organization. This includes understanding what data is needed, how it should be visualized, and who the audience is
- System Design: Design the architecture of reporting systems and dashboards. This includes determining data sources, designing data models, and selecting tools/platforms. This role will primarily work with IFS 9.0 MRP system, using SQL server and Power BI to pull and organize data output
- Data Integration: Ensure that data from multiple sources is integrated, cleaned, and made accessible for reporting. This may involve ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes
- Performance Optimization: Design systems that are optimized for performance, ensuring that reports and dashboards load quickly, even with large datasets
- Troubleshooting: Address issues related to data accuracy, system performance, and reporting tools. Provide technical support for report users
- Automation: Where possible, automate report generation and distribution to reduce manual effort and ensure up-to-date reporting

- A Bachelor's degree in a related specialized area or equivalent experience plus a minimum of 2 years relevant experience; or Master's degree

Target salary range: USD $81,446.00/Yr. - USD $88,128.00/Yr. This estimate represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors (geographic location, etc.). Actual pay may vary. This job posting will remain open until the position is filled.
