The HR Intern plays a key administrative & operational role within the HR Team. This role provides flexible, responsive and proactive support to the HR Business Partners (HRBP). They will hold various HR administrative and operational responsibilities and will be successful in this role thanks to strong organization, planning, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Supports the HRBP on specific HR events such as employee engagement initiatives: Manages logistics, including communications with suppliers, facilitators, and attendees.

Provides day-to-day operational support for meeting arrangements and follow-up action plans.

Maintains reliable information/data in our internal HRIS by updating and entering data.

Maintains employee records.

Manages pre-onboarding for new hireswhich includes completing background checks and coordinating medical visits.

Participates in the new hire's onboarding & induction.

Supports recruitment coordination: schedules interviews, follows up with candidates and managers.

Competencies & Skills :

Reliable, committed, and able to perform duties involving confidential and sensitive information. This role requires maintaining confidentiality at all times.

Adept at problem-solving, including being able to identify & resolve issues in a timely manner

Resourceful & possess strong interpersonal skills. Communication skills, both written and verbal, with employees, managers, and the HR team.

Ability to prioritize, and work in a collaborative environment.

Ability to effectively read and interpret information, and present numerical data in a resourceful manner.
