Georgia-Pacific is actively seeking a Plant Administrator for our oriented strand board (OSB) manufacturing facility in Alcolu, SC. This role works a day shift, Monday-Friday schedule. Our Team Georgia-Pacific located in Alcolu, SC manufactures Oriented Strand Board (OSB). This OSB manufacturing facility is one of Georgia-Pacific's newest facilities using the most advanced technology to create the specialty brand of Blue Ribbon OSB. This type of OSB is used for floor, wall, and roof sheathing in residential and light commercial construction applications. What You Will Do * Provide day-to-day HR support to leaders in functional areas including, but not limited to, talent acquisition, compensation, compliance, performance management, and career development * Serve as a resource for employees, responding to questions regarding HR related topics including but not limited to; our HRIS (Human Resources Information System), personnel information, company phone apps, and HR policies and procedures * Provide research, analysis, and data to assist in effective decision making for Clarendon leadership * Bring forth new and innovative ideas to improve or resolve HR processes or issues * Assist key leaders with day-to-day administrative support, i.e.: supply orders, mail distribution, and management of site purchasing card, etc. * Manage logistics for employee activities, appreciation luncheons, site visitors, and group meetings/training events * Review bi-weekly payroll and facilitate approvals utilizing Kronos (time entry system) * Partner with corporate capability teams to escalate issues that arise throughout the facility * Lead end-of-year payroll administration efforts * Creation and administration of employee security badges * Oversee execution of workforce management updates and maintain Kronos schedule groups * Collaborate with site Corporate Public Affairs contact to manage the Charitable Contribution Plan and generate plant monthly newsletters * Administer site Records and Information Management (RIM) processes * Assist with execution of site safety programs * Facilitate new hire orientation and onboarding process * Be available for occasional travel, i.e.: training, recruiting events, etc. * Use strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively and actively engage with team members Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) * One (1) or more years of administrative work experience * One (1) or more years of experience using Microsoft Office suite of products What Will Put You Ahead * Experience working in an industrial manufacturing environment * Bachelor's degree in human resources or business * Kronos (time entry system) experience * Experience using and HRIS system, i.e.: Infor At Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
