Job Description We are currently hiring adjunct faculty to teach AVMG 503 - Aviation Technology and Innovation for our Worldwide Campus. Course Description Students will delve into cutting-edge aviation technologies and innovations that are shaping the industry's future. Topics include artificial intelligence applications for flight operations and customer service, blockchain's role in enhancing aviation security and efficiency, sustainable aviation fuel initiatives, and the impact of emerging technologies on airline business models, such as electric aircraft and autonomous ground operations. Please note that ERAU policy requires that all adjuncts be physically located within the United States while working for the University, including during training. Presently, we are able to support work for new adjuncts from all U.S. states except California. ERAU does not support work from international locations with some limited exceptions for individuals who are residing and working from U.S. military bases. If selected for this role, the candidate will be required to provide proof of stated qualifications. This includes, but is not limited to, official transcripts, copies of professional licenses/certifications, documentation of military experience, and/or verified professional industry related experience. Applicant Qualifications Terminal Degree From List and Relevant Experience/Industry Credential (basic self-report documentation required). Graduate Degree from List and Relevant Experience/Industry Credential (detailed and verifiable documentation required and Program Coordinator approval). 5 Years (or more) Aviation Technology Experience, 3 Years (or more) Aviation Technology Experience AND Advanced Industry IT/IS Credentials. Degrees Within the Teaching Discipline: Any Business Degree Management Leadership/Organizational Behavior Aviation/Aerospace/Aeronautical Science Operations Management Technology (IT/MIS/IS) Logistics/Supply Chain |
