Job Description
We are currently hiring adjunct faculty to teach AVMG 612 - Airline Operations for our Worldwide Campus. Course Description This course provides a comprehensive understanding of airline operations, encompassing airport management, security protocols, and supply chain optimization. Students will engage in advanced analysis of airline operations, using data-driven decision-making to optimize flight scheduling, crew management, and ground operations with a focus on safety, reliability, and profitability. Please note that ERAU policy requires that all adjuncts be physically located within the United States while working for the University, including during training. Presently, we are able to support work for new adjuncts from all U.S. states except California. ERAU does not support work from international locations with some limited exceptions for individuals who are residing and working from U.S. military bases. If selected for this role, the candidate will be required to provide proof of stated qualifications. This includes, but is not limited to, official transcripts, copies of professional licenses/certifications, documentation of military experience, and/or verified professional industry related experience. Terminal Degree From List and Relevant Experience/Industry Credential (basic self-report documentation required). Graduate Degree from List and Relevant Experience/Industry Credential (detailed and verifiable documentation required and Program Coordinator approval). 5 Years (or more) Airline Management/Leadership Experience. Degrees Within the Teaching Discipline: Any Business Degree Management Leadership/Organizational Behavior Aviation/Aerospace/Aeronautical Science Operations Management |
