The Divisional Vice President of Contract Sales, with exemplary experience in Foodservice Equipment industry, assumes a senior executive role with a strategic focus on orchestrating and elevating the entire contract sales function within the division. This key leadership position involves directing regional teams, driving complex negotiations, and charting visionary pathways for substantial revenue growth through unparalleled leadership and client relationships.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Strategic Leadership:



  • Provide visionary executive leadership to Contract Sales Directors and Managers within the division.
  • Formulate and execute overarching strategies to enhance the division's market presence and elevate contract sales effectiveness.


Contract Leadership:



  • Oversee and lead the negotiation, execution, and oversight of intricate contractual agreements within the division.
  • Ensure meticulous adherence to contractual terms, conditions, and obligations throughout the contract lifecycle.


Client Relationship Mastery:



  • Cultivate and fortify relationships with key clients, acting as a strategic partner to understand and address their unique needs.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to align contract sales initiatives seamlessly with broader business objectives.


Sales Strategy Development:



  • Develop and refine sophisticated sales strategies outlined in contractual agreements.
  • Collaborate extensively with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless execution of contract sales initiatives.


Territory Optimization and Expansion:



  • Direct the strategic management and optimization of sales territories within the division.
  • Evaluate market trends, identify substantial growth opportunities, and develop comprehensive strategies for sustained business expansion.


Negotiation Leadership:



  • Lead high-stakes negotiations with clients, showcasing unparalleled expertise in overcoming objections and achieving mutually beneficial contractual outcomes.
  • Navigate intricate contractual situations with precision, strategic acumen, and a client-centric approach.


Performance Oversight:



  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the contract sales teams.
  • Analyze data comprehensively to provide actionable insights, fostering continuous improvement and goal achievement.


Collaborative Executive Leadership:



  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance environment within the sales teams and cross-functional departments.
  • Conduct regular executive meetings to review projects, enhance communication, and drive operational excellence.


Market Leadership and Expansion:



  • Actively contribute to growing market share within the division and proactively identify new business opportunities.
  • Evaluate market dynamics, propose strategic initiatives, and position the organization as an unrivaled industry leader.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:



  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field, or equivalent military or practical experience.
  • 10+ years of distinguished experience in foodservice contract sales, with an extensive focus on executive leadership roles.
  • Proven success in negotiating and overseeing intricate contractual agreements.
  • Demonstrated executive leadership skills with a consistent track record of managing high-performing teams.
  • Deep understanding of the foodservice industry and distribution environment.
  • Proficiency in contract management tools and advanced order entry systems.
  • Proven ability to consistently achieve and exceed substantial sales targets.
  • Ability to successfully pass a background check post offer acceptance.

The range provided represents the national average pay range for this position and is considered to be a general guideline. Pay for this position will reflect the candidate's unique qualifications and may be higher or lower than the range provided based on employee geographic location. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other local, state, and federal law.

In addition to base salary, this role will be eligible for participation in TriMark's' benefits programs, including medical, dental, vision, 401K (with employer match), etc. Leadership positions may also qualify for participation in bonus programs commensurate with role and scope of responsibility.
