CPQ Administrator

As a CPQ Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting, building, testing, and implementing quoting flows through TierPoint's CPQ platform. Your expertise will contribute to an streamlined sales experience, efficient pricing, product configuration, and document generation.

Tierpoint is modernizing their quoting technology stack and this position is an opportunity to be part of the beginning stages of implementation. Training and mentorship with the new platform would be part of the onboarding process.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product Development, Implementations to release changes to production.
• Implement CPQ best practices based on business needs and requirements.
• Create and maintain products and pricing in servicePath CPQ, including standalone and bundled products.
• Configure bundles, product rules, price rules, discount schedules, pricing, cost, contracted prices, quote templates, and quote processes.
• Triage and investigate production issues as part of supporting the platform.
• Use provisioning and administration.
• Manage vendor upgrades to the platform and participate in regression tests.

• Ability to troubleshoot and solve basic platform issues.
• Proficiency in building solutions to support business processes.
• General familiarity of with conditional logic

Preferred Experience

• Familiarly with products sold by a technology services vendor like Tierpoint
• Experience administering a cloud-based application.
• Familiarity with a CPQ platform and terminology, bonus for ServicePath experience.

It's important to note the pay range may be narrower than displayed, as various factors are used to determine the offered compensation package including skill set, level of experience, geographic locations, and other relevant factors- i.e. budgetary requirements.
Pay Range $60,000.00 - $97,778.29
