*The range provided is based on cost of living/geography and what we believe is reasonable in the market at the time of posting. This role may be eligible for annual bonus and annual merit increase, as well as long term compensation. Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay, in accordance with federal and state requirements. Actual base salary pay will be based on a number of factors, including skills, competencies, experience, and other job-related factors. How You'll Perform the Role We are looking for a dynamic Regional Sales Manager to drive profitable sales growth within existing accounts with a larger focus on uncovering, developing, and commercializing new business to expand our West Coast footprint. This position sells flexible packaging solutions through increasing product knowledge and brand awareness and driving revenue growth for key, targeted clients. The successful candidate will need to be equally effective delivering the Novolex Value Proposition to new / existing clients and working with plant operations, technical, and quality teams to deliver the product solution to clients. The position reports directly to the Director of Sales, West.
