Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for a highly motivated and intellectually curious contributor to join our team in Annapolis. This is a great opportunity to work with senior leadership across the organization while reporting to the Senior FP&A Manager and collaborating with the FP&A team. The role requires the ability to complete many high priority responsibilities simultaneously with accuracy and efficiency. The individual must have a strong sense of personal accountability and demonstrate problem-solving skills.

What you Will Work On

• Prepare financial reports (e.g., income statements, monthly closing reports, and management reporting) according to regulatory requirements.
• Work under moderate supervision with some latitude for independent judgment.
• Partner with business leaders across Crisis24 to prepare monthly forecasts, annual budgets, and ad hoc projects.
• Compare forecasted versus actual results and identify variance drivers.
• Support ongoing assessment of financial performance, risks, and opportunities and support timely and proactive recommendations.
• Review accounting transactions for data accuracy.
• Maintain confidentiality of financial information.
• Prepare and support monthly sales commissions calculations as needed.
• Provide weekly sales reporting.
• Perform other duties as assigned to meet the needs of the business.

What You Will Bring

• BA/BS degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 0-4 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and PowerPoint).
• Experience working in Salesforce a plus.
• Financial system knowledge (experience with NetSuite a plus).
• Planful/Host Analytics or similar reporting and planning software experience.
• Accountable, flexible, and professional demeanor.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• General knowledge of internal controls over financial statements.
