• Representing the product line both internally and externally.
• Reporting on project status to key customers, working with R&D teams to plan new developments including updates and enhancements to existing products.
• Facilitating the definition of project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Developing full-scale project plans and scheduling project timelines.
• Planning and scheduling project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools and methodologies.
• Tracking project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
• Ensuring quality assurance and customer satisfaction.
• Reporting regularly to management and all stakeholders.

• Driving the successful delivery of Silicon IP projects from inception to completion.
• Enhancing product lines through effective project management and collaboration with R&D teams.
• Ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Contributing to the innovation and advancement of high-performance silicon chips and software content.
• Maintaining high standards of quality assurance and customer satisfaction.
• Providing critical updates and insights to stakeholders, influencing key decisions and strategies.

• A degree in Engineering or Applied Science (or equivalent).
• 10+ years of working experience in a related field.
• Experience communicating with and managing customer expectations.
• Experience in Mixed-Signal IP, SOC, ASIC, or other semiconductor development environments.
• Proficiency in standard project management tools and methodologies.
• Knowledge of quality management system processes and procedures.
• Ability to navigate and manipulate files in a Linux environment.
