Field Service Engineer I/II Atlanta, GA

Are you a problem solver with a passion for technology and customer service? As a Field Service Engineer I at Cytek, you'll play a key role in ensuring our advanced flow cytometry systems operate at peak performance for our customers. From installations to troubleshooting and maintenance, you'll be the expert they rely on to keep their work moving forward.

• Install, troubleshoot, and repair flow cytometers and Cytek Upgrade products efficiently and professionally.
• Provide exceptional customer service, representing Cytek's reputation for excellence.
• Identify customer needs and contribute to continuous product improvements.
• Prioritize and manage service requests effectively, balancing urgent needs with scheduled maintenance.
• Offer technical support via phone, coordinate service visits, and ensure every customer interaction is thorough and effective.
• Maintain accurate service reports, qualification documents, and expense records.
• Manage and maintain spare parts inventory for timely service execution.
• Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support the team and our customers.

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, or Technical Military Service (preferred).
• Experience in flow cytometry (lab setting or repair) is a plus but not required.
• A basic understanding of biology related to flow cytometry.
• Strong technical troubleshooting and customer service skills.

• Full-time schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., with occasional evening or weekend work.
• Travel required-air, train, or car-to support customer needs.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for up to 4 hours at a time.
