For a full list of our comprehensive benefits, see our website: https://www.sarepta.com/join-us The Importance of the Role The Sr. Manager International Business provides supplemental project support focused on operational execution, tracking and reporting global access services for Sarepta's products outside of the US, and supporting vendor management activities. This position will ensure deliverables are produced both individually and collaboratively with the International Business team as well as in partnership with cross-functional teams.
The Opportunity to Make a Difference
Provide program support to the International Business team to expand, enhance and/or improve programs and services offered internationally. Assist with vendor management including responding to inquiries and collaborating with Program Directors on operational changes. Prepare program reports by tracking/monitoring program data and KPIs to measure performance, summarize data and analyze trends by utilizing various systems and platforms; advise on improving existing reports and contribute to the creation of new ones as needed. Contribute to core infrastructure such as documenting/enhancing standardized processes and building reference documentation to aid each team in efficiently executing their specific responsibilities. Assist with the development of patient and physician materials such as informational brochures, FAQs, email correspondence. Optimize workflows and processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs while focusing on the customer experience. Work with legal, compliance and technology teams to ensure programs and process meet privacy, compliance and regulatory guidelines. Act in complete & total compliance with all laws, regulations and Sarepta policies. Other duties as assigned.
More about You
Bachelor's Degree (communications, health sciences, public policy or other related degrees preferred). 5 years of pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare related experience required. Experience with patient support/experience programs with strong understanding of CRM and related Patient Support Services technologies. Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and establish rapport with stakeholders at all levels. Ability to synthesize diverse information sources to craft coherent narratives or recommendations Strong listening, verbal, and written communications skills. Strong problem-solving and process improvement skills, with a proactive and results-oriented mindset. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office suite. Patient-focused and demonstrates emotional resilience in challenging situations; able to maintain composure and adaptability in the face of setbacks. Detail orientated and highly organized. Possesses an excellent work ethic and the ability to handle ambiguity and shifting priorities. Ability to travel up to 10% domestically and internationally for project related needs.

This position is hybrid, you will be expected to work on site at one of Sarepta's facilities in the United States and/or attend Company-sponsored in-person events from time to time.
The targeted salary range for this position is $132,000 - $165,000 per year. Sarepta is making a good faith effort to be transparent and accurate around our hiring ranges. The salary offer is commensurate with Sarepta's compensation philosophy and considers factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, external market conditions, criticality of role, and internal equity.
