Department:COM | OB & GYN ACWIHDepartment's Website: Summary of Job Duties:The Outreach Manager for the Arkansas Center for Women and Infants Health and Institute for Community Health Innovation is responsible for community and clinical engagement for maternal child health related projects. This position will engage, maintain, and strengthen relationships with community, clinical, and other stakeholders across Arkansas, both internal and external to UAMS. The Outreach Manager will develop and ensure the implementation of outreach and engagement plans to accelerate partnerships and expand the reach of UAMS maternal health programs. This role includes providing leadership to outreach positions, training/engagement team members, overseeing all aspects of community and clinical engagement to support the success of maternal health programs. the development, implementation, and management of the Healthy Start. , and serving as the primary contact for the program. The Outreach Manager will work closely with senior leaders, outreach team members, health education team, and evaluation managers to ensure project objectives are met.Some evening and weekend hours, as well as moderate travel within the state, are required. Depending on the selected candidate, this position's primary location can be either Little Rock, AR, or Fayetteville, AR.
