We are looking for a dynamic graphic artist to create engaging content for employees that drives sales performance. To be successful in this position, you'll be a self-starter, capable of delivering brilliant creative ideas and showing impeccable attention to detail. If you can align to a strategic direction and create meaningful content, all while adhering to meticulous brand guidelines, we'd like to meet you. What you'll be doing:
Designing and implementing advanced visual effects and motion graphics for video and multimedia projects Using tools like Adobe After Effects, Blender, or similar software to create animations, composting, and dynamic visual enhancements Collaborating on storyboarding and conceptualization of VFX-heavy content Planning, shooting, and delivering high-quality video and photo content for various projects and partners, including internal marketing campaigns, events, and sales enablement Operating and maintaining professional camera, lighting, and audio equipment Scouting locations and ensuring optimal setups for capturing visual content Working closely with videographers and editors to integrate graphic design and VFX elements seamlessly into content Assisting in editing videos to ensure brand consistency and elevate production quality with motion graphics, transitions and special effects Optimizing projects for various platforms and formats Editing videos and photos to create polished, engaging deliverables that align with project objectives and stakeholder expectations Applying advanced visual effects and motion graphics using tools like Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro or similar software Performing color grading, sound design, and other enhancements to achieve professional-level work Working closely with stakeholders and leaders to conceptualize and execute ideas that bring stories to life Contributing to brainstorming sessions, providing visual direction and technical insights Adapting to feedback and ensuring outputs meet creative goals Designing compelling visual assets for digital marketing campaigns and communications Creating cohesive content that adheres to brand guidelines
In this role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days (VCG in office days are Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday) What we're looking for... You thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple deadlines, where different challenges arise. You have a foundational knowledge and understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory. You stay up to date on the latest equipment, software,e and industry trends. You proactively seek out opportunities to improve quality and workflow You'll need to have:
Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience. Four or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through one or a combination of work and/or military experience, or specialized training. Four or more years of professional experience in graphic design, visual effects, videography and photography Advanced skills in VFX and graphics software including the Adobe Creative Suite, Cinema 4D, Blender, or similar tools Strong understanding of animation principles, 3D design, and composition techniques Proven experience in creating visually compelling content for digital and print platforms Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Even better if you have one or more of the following:
Background in shooting and editing for social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok) Experience in AR/VR design or interactive media
