The Billing Support
Specialist is designed to streamline patient orders to avoid any unnecessary delays. * Reviewed records for accuracy. * Obtained needed documents for missing information on records. * Request necessary documentation (chartnotes, prescription request, medical records, etc) to bill Medicare. * Ensuring orders are tasked appropriately between different systems and streamline patient orders. *Additional Skills & Qualifications* * DME experience and medicaid experience a MUST * Previous experience working appeals and the ability to identify claim underpayments. * EPIC Software experience is preferred * Experience within Profee claims, facility claims, commercial claims, Medicare claims, managed Medicare claims &/or Medicaid claims) * Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payor experience * 1st shift remote for the right candidate ! *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.
