*100% Remote after training - $1/hr raise & $250 monthly stipend towards Wi-Fi & Work Technology/Equipment after converting* *Job Title: *Customer Service Associate *Pay: *$20/hr *Location:* Tigard, OR (Hybrid) *Start Date: *3/3/25 *Schedule: *Need to be open to shifts anytime between 6am-11pm with at least 1 Weekend Day required to work. *5-Month Contract to Hire* *Company Overview:* Join a dynamic and innovative online gaming and gambling company based in Los Angeles, with an office in Tigard, OR. We are dedicated to providing exceptional service and support to our players, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable gaming experience. *Job Description:* We are seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented Customer Service Associates to join our team. This role is a unique blend of customer service and data entry, offering a diverse range of responsibilities to keep your workday engaging and varied. You will be part of a dedicated team, providing top-notch support to our players through phone, chat, and email. *Key Responsibilities:* Player Experience Agent (PXA): * Answer multiple player requests through phone, chat, and email. * Manage various interactions simultaneously while delivering exceptional service. * Explain regulations, policies, and procedures to players. * Utilize resources to resolve player issues. * Maintain a clear understanding of gambling laws, regulations, and compliance. * Verify player and account data following company procedures. * Make outbound player contact for follow-ups. * Research and resolve failed deposits, GEO location failures, and returned checks. * Process Pay With My Bank Authorizations. * Navigate through Splunk data accurately. * Review, verify, and approve player changes submitted by other PXAs. Racing Operator: * Monitor multiple horse races across different time zones. * Ensure accurate recording of start/end times and winners. * Build and audit pools and race card data. * Identify and address incidents during races. * Monitor betting systems and delay payouts when necessary. * Use critical analysis skills to check for problems within races. * Navigate various CTV and OTT platforms comfortably. *Qualifications:* * High School Diploma or equivalent. * 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment. * Proficiency with online customer engagement platforms and channels. * Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays. * Meet licensing requirements with regulatory agencies. * Genuine interest in sports and the betting industry. * Awareness of pool betting and Tote products is desirable. *Employee Value Proposition (EVP):* * Opportunity for contract-to-hire after 5 months with a potential dollar raise upon conversion. * Monthly stipend of $250 for remote work technology. * Flexible work environment with only one in-office day required. * Schedule availability from 6am-11pm, with at least one weekend day required. *Work Environment:* * Team of 4-5 people with a Team Lead onsite. * Ability to work well under pressure and maintain effectiveness in stressful situations. * Reasonable accommodations available for individuals with disabilities. *Additional Information:* * Training period: 3 weeks, Mon-Fri from 7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. * Post-training, a designated schedule will be assigned. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
