Manager, Community Clinical Applications Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain a vision, plan, and goals for Community Technical Success with Inova
- Represent area of Expertise in Managing the Portfolio of External Projects Including Connect, Link, and others
- Establish Community Program Principles
- Provides Estimate Timelines and Cost for Potential Agreements
- Provide Recommendations for Overall Community Strategy
- Oversee Connect Customer Success Team and EpicCare Link Team
- Responsible for Community Applications Staffing Strategy
- Ability to Oversee Confidential Projects (often with Merger &Acquisition)
- Support the Community Applications Team(s) in Project Management Skills
- Advocate for Connect and Link site needs and ensure the organization extends strong analytics
- Facilitate timely issue resolution by defining analyst owners and establishing escalation paths
- Provide Organizational Knowledge and Guidance for Epic Teams
- Actively Participate in Project Strategy for Large Implementations
Manager, Community Clinical Applications Additional Requirements:
- Work Schedule: Monday - Friday; Remote
- Education: Bachelor's degree; or Associate's degree and 2 years relevant professional experience in addition to the minimum experience required; or HS Diploma/GED and 4 years relevant professional experience in addition to the minimum experience required
- Experience: 5 years of experience of executive-level project management including operational and financial aspects of healthcare industry
- Certification: Active Epic certification or the ability to obtain certification within 6 months of hire; including attendance to Connect Leadership Training at Epic
Manager, Community Clinical Applications Preferred Qualifications:
- Project Management Certifications (CAPM, PMP, PMI-CP) preferred
- Agile Training (DASM, PMI-ACP) preferred
- Experience with Network Infrastructure and understanding of End User Desktop Needs
