Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with 10 to 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in End User Tools - Nexthink Capacity Planning Budget Planning Core Network and Psft - Program Management. Additionally experience in Pharmacy Benefit Management is mandatory. This is a hybrid role with day shifts and no travel required.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning and implementation of projects in the Pharmacy Benefit Management domain.
  • Oversee the development and execution of project plans ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Provide expertise in End User Tools
  • Nexthink to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Coordinate capacity planning activities to ensure optimal resource allocation and project delivery.
  • Manage budget planning processes to ensure projects are completed within financial constraints.
  • Utilize core network knowledge to support project infrastructure and connectivity requirements.
  • Implement Psft
  • Program Management methodologies to streamline project workflows and deliverables.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met on time.
  • Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
  • Communicate project status risks and issues to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements in the Pharmacy Benefit Management domain.
  • Foster a collaborative and productive team environment to achieve project objectives.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management processes and outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Possess a strong background in End User Tools
  • Nexthink demonstrating the ability to optimize tool usage for project success.
  • Have extensive experience in capacity planning ensuring efficient use of resources and timely project delivery.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in budget planning maintaining financial control and accountability throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Exhibit expertise in core network infrastructure supporting robust and reliable project connectivity.
  • Apply Psft
  • Program Management skills to manage complex projects and deliver high-quality results.
  • Bring in-depth knowledge of the Pharmacy Benefit Management domain ensuring projects meet industry standards and client needs.
  • Showcase strong leadership and communication skills effectively managing project teams and stakeholder expectations.
  • Demonstrate problem-solving abilities addressing project challenges and mitigating risks proactively.
  • Possess a track record of successful project delivery within the specified experience range.
  • Exhibit adaptability and flexibility in a hybrid work model balancing remote and on-site responsibilities.
  • Maintain a focus on achieving project goals and contributing to the company's overall success.
  • Ensure the impact of project outcomes aligns with the company's purpose and societal benefits.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $99000 - $116000 depending on the experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
