Informatica IICS Lead ( Onsite)

Title: Informatica IICS Lead- Onsite - 4 days week--- Southlake, TX

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with 8 to 10 years of experience in IICS and Java and a strong background in Asset Management Operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing technical projects ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions and collaborating with cross-functional teams. This hybrid role requires excellent communication skills in English and offers a day shift schedule.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of technical solutions using IICS and Java to meet business requirements.
• Oversee the development and maintenance of applications within the Asset Management Operations domain.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members to ensure best practices are followed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions by conducting code reviews and implementing testing strategies.
• Monitor project progress identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation to support ongoing maintenance and knowledge transfer.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
• Facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues providing timely support to ensure minimal disruption to operations.
• Participate in the evaluation and selection of new tools and technologies to enhance the development process.
• Ensure compliance with company policies standards and best practices in all technical activities.
• Contribute to the overall success of the company by delivering solutions that enhance operational efficiency and drive business growth.

Qualifications

• Possess a strong technical background with 8 to 10 years of experience in IICS and Java.
• Demonstrate expertise in Asset Management Operations with a deep understanding of industry-specific requirements.
• Exhibit excellent communication skills in English with the ability to read write and speak fluently.
• Show a proven track record of leading technical projects and delivering high-quality solutions.
• Display strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.

Certifications Required

Certified Informatica Cloud Data and Application Integration Professional Oracle Certified Professional Java SE Programmer

Maintenance: Application Expiration Date: 2/27/2025

The annual salary for this position is between $110,000 - $125,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
