Job Details Lead Data EngineerJob Description Job Summary Lead Data Engineer will be leading development efforts for specific projects based on business needs, ensuring best practices in data management, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decision-making. They will be crucial in designing, developing, and deploying data ingestion processes and data products. Key responsibilities include mentoring junior engineers, automating data quality and validation, optimizing performance for efficient data management, conducting technical peer reviews, contributing to architectural improvements, driving the implementation of innovative data solutions, and ensuring seamless data integration across the enterprise. Competencies (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required): Problem solving Communication skills Analytics skills Healthcare industry experience Minimum Education and Experience Requirements: Education: Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field along AND Experience: 5+ years of experience in data engineering with an emphasis on data analytics. 5+ years of experience with at least one of the following cloud platforms: Azure, AWS, GCP. 5+ years of experience with big data technologies such as Synapse, Databricks. 5+ years of experience with at least one of the following scripting languages: Python, SQL, PowerShell. 3+ years of experience in leading data engineering and data warehousing.
