Policy/Program Analyst This position requires an active Public Trust clearance or the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance to be considered. The Policy/Program Analyst serves as a subject matter expert on trauma care policy for the Joint Trauma System (JTS), advising senior leadership on healthcare policies in both garrison and deployed environments. This role involves overseeing task management operations, monitoring and implementing military health policies, and ensuring alignment with Department of Defense (DoD) directives. The analyst conducts research and policy analysis to improve trauma care capabilities, rehabilitation strategies, and operational medical support. Additionally, they collaborate with DHA, Joint Staff, and other DoD entities to develop strategic healthcare initiatives and project priorities.
