Staffmark is excited to partner with a veteran and family-owned manufacturer looking for a dynamic Inside Sales Representative to join their team. If you excel in communication, customer engagement, and relationship-building, this direct-hire opportunity is perfect for you! Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 per year (Plus bonus opportunity every 6 months based on company performance)

1st Shift Hours: 7 AM - 5 PM, Monday - Friday

Inside Sales Representative Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries and process orders in a timely manner.
• Make cold calls to generate new business and expand client relationships.
• Build and maintain strong customer connections through phone and email communication.
• Prepare pricing quotes, negotiate terms, and resolve customer concerns effectively.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and providing solutions.
• Utilize CAD software for technical drawings and assist in reading blueprints.
• Support assembly tasks as needed to ensure product accuracy and quality.

The candidate selected must be self-motivated with strong communication, customer service, and computer skills (CAD knowledge is preferred). Lifting requirements for this role are rarely up to 50 pounds.
