Schedule: 1st shift, 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday

Pay: rate: $20 - $26/hr.

Daily tasks:

Handle customer payments, process deposits, and manage past-due accounts through collections activities. Resolve payment discrepancies, maintain account spreadsheets, and process credit card orders while matching invoices to purchase orders. Manage A/P invoices, coordinate with purchasing on discrepancies, and process weekly check runs. Maintain the Daily Cash Spreadsheet, sort mail, and handle filing, along with other assigned duties.

Qualifications:



  • Associate's or bachelor's degree in accounting preferred.
  • Minimum of 4 years of A/P and A/R experience with a strong understanding of financial principles.
  • Extensive vendor contact, including collections via phone, email, and written communication.
  • Experience managing 1,000+ vendor accounts and handling credit card transactions and banking reconciliation.
  • Strong attention to detail with knowledge of general ledger (G/L) and cost center application.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email) with intermediate skills and ability to create Excel documents using basic formulas.
  • Experience with accounting databases, with a willingness to learn MACOLA.
