We're on the hunt for an energetic and driven HR Summer Intern to join our vibrant team! This is your chance to dive into the exciting world of HR, gaining hands-on experience in a variety of Talent Management projects. This role is a great opportunity for a college student who is confident and capable of taking on more than a day to day "to do list". Projects will require a mixture of creativity and strategic planning. Much of the work will be focused on long term talent strategies, with additional opportunities to learn about other areas of HR and across the bank. About This Role: Summer Intern Programming Support:
- Support with the coordination of FNBO's Internship Program and help with event logistics as needed.
- Create and send regular communications to all summer interns about upcoming events and engagement opportunities.
- Attend and promote intern programming events throughout the summer.
Talent Pipelining Program Support:
- Learn about FNBO's organization as a whole and support with a variety of HR projects.
- Lead in the creation of presentation modules, and other resources for FNBO employees to use when recruiting future talent.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders across the business (Community Development Team, Learning & Development Team, Business Units, etc.) and in the community (school districts and non-profits) to re-imagine how we support our community and schools with Career Education.
- Support relationships and commitments with school and community partners through coordinating and executing educational opportunities.
- Assist with strategic planning and coordination for upcoming employee development programming.
- Up to 20% of time could be spent hosting or attending engagement opportunities.

The Ideal Candidate for This Role: Required Qualifications:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong multi-tasking skills with the ability to adhere to overlapping timelines of completion
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Must be a current university student or recent graduate pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, Business, Education, Liberal Arts, or similar field
- Undergraduate GPA of 3.0 or higher
Desired Qualifications:
- Graphic design experience
- Content design education or experience
- Experience working with students grades K-12
- Event planning and public speaking experience
