Learn more at henryfordmsu.org. Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to join our dynamic, high-functioning partnership team. The Project Coordinator will be based at the Henry Ford Health Detroit campus and will support Henry Ford + MSU project managers and other team members. The ideal candidate will possess excellent project coordination capabilities, strong team-orientation, exceptional organizational, time management, and interpersonal communication skills. As the Project Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in developing cross-organization programs, enhancing our operational efficiency, and contributing to the overall growth and success of the partnership. Under light supervision, the Project Coordinator performs and/or manages project work of a generally complex nature within and between Henry Ford Health and Michigan State University, involving coordination of multiple participants and stakeholders aimed at building synergistic programs of distinction and/or improving operational efficiencies. Maintains a high level of responsibility for completion of projects assigned. Prepares reports and recommendations for managers and coordinates implementation, as needed. The Project Coordinator may act as a consultant on projects outside of specific assignments. This position can perform duties in a hybrid work setting, with a blend of in-office and remote work schedule as determined by the supervisor. The primary office location is Henry Ford Health, Detroit, but may require occasional travel between Henry Ford locations and to Michigan State University, East Lansing, which will be considered the work location for that day and is not reimbursable mileage. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Bachelor's degree. One to three (1-3) years of project management/coordination experience preferred. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Ability to prioritize assignments, work independently, and meet deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated knowledge and skills in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Additional Information
