GENERAL SUMMARY: Manages activities and flow of work for the assigned clinical support area. Responsibilities: Develops, implements and evaluates program services and initiatives. Manages all activities related to staffing, including hiring, orienting, evaluating, disciplinary actions and continuing education initiatives. Collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to assist with problem identification and resolution, cost containment issues, implementation of new services, and systems/performance measures. Monitors and adheres to budget. Approves or monitors expenditures, purchases and other actions to ensure compliance with budget guidelines. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience. -OR- Associate's degree/Technical degree with 2 years of experience -OR- 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred Licensed RN with at least 3 years of management experience in clinical setting, preferably with oversight of 15 or more individuals or multiple departments preferred. Must have strong communication, organizational leadership and must work well with interdisciplinary departments. Responsible for day-to-day operations of the clinical staff for all school-based clinics providing leadership and supervisory oversight of personnel, financials and regulatory/grant requirements. Works with leadership team to create strategic planning around grant funded programming and implementation of strategies and action plans.
