As an R&D Engineering Co-op for Advanced Endoscopic Technologies (AET) on the product development team, you will work with a close-knit team of engineers to develop new products for gastroenterology. CONMED is devoted to providing differentiated products that help physicians achieve superior outcomes for their patients. Your role will be to support products in development from the initial design phase to the launch of the product. Co-ops on this team will develop an understanding of the product development process through hands-on application of engineering concepts including test method development and validation, SolidWorks design, 3D printing, design controls, verification and validation testing, business concepts, and prototyping. In addition to development, you will support post-launch engineering projects. These projects are dynamic and include working with both internal and external partners to ensure continued supply of the products we sell today. Our current portfolio of products includes patient monitoring products and both disposable and capital products for endoscopy. Responsibilities: Position Requirements: Disclosure as required by applicable law, the hourly pay rate range for this position is$22 to $32. The actual compensation may vary based on geographic location, work experience,educationand skill level. The hourly pay rate range is CONMED's good faith belief at the time of this posting.
