POSITION SUMMARY

Must live and be able to commute to Troy, Indiana.

An entry level position for a high energy, detail oriented and organized individual pursing a bachelor's degree in engineering or technical related field of study. This role will focus on projects related to cost of poor-quality mitigation strategies, quality assurance and product conformance. The Quality Intern will report to the Quality Manager to make contributions in support of our service to customers and the company's Win Strategy. Candidates must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident.

Essential Functions:

* Evaluate processes for quality improvement

* High level work instruction evaluation and implement corrections

* Quality clinic processes/tools evaluation and implement improvements.

* Convert documentation into Net Inspect

* Performs all other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

* Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program, or completed a bachelor's degree in a related field, such as: Engineering or Technical field.

* Candidate shall have completed sophomore year.

* Ability to work in person during summer break full-time.

* Ability to work effectively in a variety of environments and assignments.

* Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

* Ability to work effectively with others and be a participative team member.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

* Must be a US Citizen or US Permanent Resident
