Job Overview

The Senior Social Community Management & Reporting Manager will lead community engagement, management, and reporting initiatives across all social platforms. This role will oversee all aspects of social media engagement and performance, setting the standard for best-in-class community interactions and leveraging analytics to inform actionable strategies. The role will work cross-functionally with internal teams (e.g., paid media, strategy) and external agencies to identify trends, uncover opportunities, and deliver integrated reporting that includes both organic, influencer and paid social channels. The role requires a deep understanding of social media trends, platforms, and analytics, combined with an agile mindset and experience in fashion, beauty, or lifestyle brands.

What You Will Do



  • Oversee community management efforts across all social media platforms, ensuring consistent and impactful brand interactions.
  • Set the standard for community engagement, providing guidelines, best practices, and escalation protocols to junior associates and agencies.
  • Monitor and create action plans to social media crisis situations.
  • Lead the development of integrated social media performance reports, combining organic, influencer and paid data across channels.
  • Analyze trends, uncover opportunities, and mine actionable insights to inform strategic decisions.
  • Present data-driven recommendations to leadership and cross-functional teams in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Stay deeply connected to social media trends, platform updates, and emerging opportunities.
  • Proactively identify ways to align the brand with cultural and platform-specific moments to drive engagement and awareness.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including strategy, paid media, influencer, and creative, to ensure cohesive social media strategies.
  • Partner with external agencies to align organic and paid efforts, maximizing performance and efficiency.
  • Mentor and train junior associates, fostering skill development in community management, analytics, and trend reporting.
  • Act as a thought leader within the organization, setting the tone for a data-first, innovative approach to social media.



Skills You Will Need



  • 7+ years of experience in social media management, including community engagement and reporting.
  • Deep expertise in social media platforms, tools, and analytics, including familiarity with tools like Sprinklr, Zelf, Meta, Pinterest, TikTok.
  • Strong data mindset with proven experience in creating and presenting performance reports.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to distill complex data into actionable insights for teams and leadership.
  • Track record of identifying and executing on social media trends and opportunities.
  • Experience collaborating with paid media teams and integrating paid and organic social strategies.
  • Proven ability to mentor and develop talent.

  • Candidates with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field are encouraged to apply.
  • Regularly required to sit, talk, hear; use hands/fingers to touch, handle, and feel. Occasionally required to move about the workplace and reach with hands and arms. Requires close vision.
  • Able to work a flexible schedule based on department and company needs.
