Mail Operations Supervisor Milwaukee County Facilities Management Pay Range: $25.11 - $37.65 Job Summary: Under the general direction of the Grounds Facilities Manager, the Mail Operations Supervisor, based at the Milwaukee County Courthouse Complex, directly supervises, and supports mailroom staff and facilities for Milwaukee County mail operations including mail delivery and pickup services from numerous administrative offices located throughout the county; oversees daily mail collection and drop off services at the United States Post Office. Manages work schedules and makes work assignments and is generally accountable for the department's day-to-day operations which include high-volume and frequently complex mailings, often involving important, time-sensitive legal and confidential materials which must be handled with the utmost care and attention. Minimum Qualifications Required:
Must be able to work in all Milwaukee County facilities including secured detention/high-security facilities and work in areas with sensitive information and assets. Required that applicants successfully undergo a criminal history background check to maintain security clearance for Milwaukee County facilities.
