Network Health is seeking a Client Implementation Executive. This person will be responsible for implementing, retaining, and renewing Group Medicare accounts and plan members.

The role works directly with with the broker, group benefit administors, consultants, members and internal Network Health departments to project manage a succesful on-boarding experience as well as guiding communication, and working collaboratively to resolve any problems that arise during the implementation process. In addition, the Client Implementation Executive may assist with actively sell new business as well as supporting Medicare Exchange related business.

Duties:



  • Demonstrate commitment and behavior aligned with the philosophy, mission, values and vision of Network Health
  • Appropriately apply all organizational, regulatory, and credentialing principles, procedures, requirements, regulations, and policies
  • Develop and manage a comprehensive implementation plan and realistic timelines to ensure successful implementation of Group Medicare Advantage plans with client satisfaction achieved.
  • Collaborate with marketing on new group presentations, enrollment materials and member communication pieces.
  • Maintain on-going and frequent communication with client and various stakeholders with the ability to have difficult conversations.
  • Provide support to groups enrolling in a Group Medicare Advantage plan and be available for questions that may come through email or phone.
  • Responsibility for preparing new and renewing group open enrollment presentations. In addition, attending open enrollment meetings at client location or remotely.
  • Provides direct account service for issues that arise with assigned Group Medicare Advantage groups.
  • Contributes to the development of sales strategies, service and communications plans for clients.
  • Maintains contacts with large employers including both the broker and HR/CFO contacts.
  • Responsible for 52 week plan protocols for existing customers to solve problems, identify employer needs, evaluate the level of satisfaction and to assure future renewal of the business.
  • Communicates service problems to department managers for resolution and communicate the results of the service team to the customer.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.


Requirements:



  • Associate degree in Marketing or Business Administration. Equivalent work experience may be substituted.
  • Minimum three years of healthcare sales experience.
  • Current Wisconsin Accident and Health Insurance License
  • Active drivers license


Skills:



  • In-depth knowledge of Commercial Group Health Plans and Group Medicare products
  • Market experience in developing and delivery of sales and marketing strategies
  • Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to utilize sales strategies and communications skills to represent Network Health to brokers and customers, negotiate contracts, explain/sell Network Health positioning, and work across company on joint sales tasks
  • Provide strategic account oversight, annual renewal negotiations and annual contract review
  • Establish a strong rapport with brokers, clients and team members through effective organization skills, excellent inter-personal and communication skills with the ability to listen mindfully, identify gaps and ask appropriate questions.

  • Must be highly self-motivated, results oriented, outgoing and personable to connect appropriately with a broad range of audiences.
