Overview
First Citizens Bank's Community Development Finance team (CDF) is responsible for executing on elements of the Bank's Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) strategy through the origination and management of Community Development Loans and Investments. The Senior Relationship Manager, reporting to the Director Relationship Management will play a critical role in the Bank's CRA activities. The individual in this role will be responsible for maintaining a network of high-value client relationships and originating and managing CRA-eligible community development loans and coordinating with colleagues on associated multi-investor and proprietary fund investments to achieve the Bank's robust CRA goals. Responsibilities
Qualifications Bachelor's Degree and 3 years of experience in Deep knowledge of the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) industry; Experience structuring complex, publicly assisted taxable and tax-exempt debt and LIHTC-supported multi-family real estate projects with many financial parties; Strong credit and financial analysis skills. OR High School Diploma or GED and 7 years of experience in Deep knowledge of the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) industry; Experience structuring complex, publicly assisted taxable and tax-exempt debt and LIHTC-supported multi-family real estate projects with many financial parties; Strong credit and financial analysis skills.
