Our Company The Opportunity As a Compensation Program Manager, you will play a crucial role in our compensation design, ensuring that our programs and tools are built to increase scale and efficiency. This role requires a strong operational and communicative compensation professional who will build successful relationships with partners across Employee Experience and beyond. This role will focus on conducting impact assessments, designing solutions, and implementing a unified framework to support Adobe's global compensation strategy. What you'll do
What you need to succeed
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP). In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
