The role

As a Product Marketing Manager of Adobe Express for enterprise, you will support the definition and execution of the go-to-market strategy for the enterprise segment. You'll lead the execution of the plan bridging our product, sales, and marketing teams, creating compelling messaging, and developing sales enablement materials to ensure our solutions resonate with enterprise customers. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role where you will play a key part in positioning the product within the broader context of Adobe's entire solution portfolio, contributing to our vision of seamless content creation across the organization. The ideal candidate has experienced the SaaS landscape, including the sales process, buyer personas, and B2B enterprise sales cycles.

We are looking for a self-starter, hardworking and passionate driver with outstanding communication skills to influence, partner with cross-functional teams, and deliver results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Go-to-Market Strategy & Execution:
    • Lead the GTM strategy execution targeted at the enterprise segment.
    • Collaborate with product management, sales, and customer success to ensure alignment on key product messaging and customer needs.
    • Develop positioning, market research, competitive analysis, and sales training.
  • Sales Enablement:
    • Create impactful sales collateral, presentations, case studies, and product demos that empower the sales team to engage enterprise customers and close deals.
    • Develop training materials to ensure the sales team is well-equipped to communicate the value of the product.
    • Partner closely with sales teams to understand customer objections and challenges, iterating on materials as needed to overcome them.
  • Messaging & Positioning:
    • Define and refine the value proposition and use cases, ensuring it resonates respectively with the enterprise decision makers and user's persona.
    • Position the product within the broader context of the Adobe's content supply chain portfolio, emphasizing how it integrates with other products and fits into the larger ecosystem (marchitecture).
    • Tailor messaging for different enterprise verticals, ensuring relevance across diverse industries.
    • Develop onboarding, training and how-to materials to drive users' adoption
  • Customer Insights & Market Research:
    • Conduct customer and market research to understand trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs in the enterprise segment.
    • Use insights to drive product messaging, refine the GTM strategy, and improve sales enablement efforts.
  • Collaboration & Cross-Functional Leadership:
    • Work closely with product management, sales, customer success, and other teams to ensure alignment on product strategy and messaging.
    • Advocate for the voice of the customer, ensuring the product is meeting market demands and evolving accordingly.

Requirements:

  • Experience:
    • 5+ years in product marketing, with at least 3 years in SaaS, preferably with experience in enterprise software or content creation tools.
    • Strong background in GTM strategy, product messaging, and sales enablement.
    • Proven track record of successfully launching products and driving adoption in the enterprise space.
  • Skills & Expertise:
    • Experience developing sales enablement materials (e.g., sales decks, one-pagers, demos, case studies).
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, compelling messaging for diverse audiences.
    • Proficient understanding of the SaaS landscape, including the sales process, buyer personas, and B2B enterprise sales cycles.
    • Ability to think strategically while also completing tactical projects.
    • Strong executive presence with demonstrated ability to influence strategy, decision making & engage field functions
    • Knowledge of marchitecture and how to position products within a broader suite of solutions.
    • Self-driven with a positive, upbeat attitude
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $141,200 -- $249,700 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
