- Pay: $15.00 per hour
- Start Date: Mid-May with positions available through the summer season
- Seasonal: This position is available from Late May to the Beginning of October, aligning with our winter ski and summer bike seasons. Seasonal work involves temporary employment tied to specific times of the year
- Schedule: May require working early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Responsibilities:
- Serves guests by checking them in at the front desk, answering questions, answering the phone with proper greeting, and maintaining a pleasant attitude with guests.
- Develop computer systems technical knowledge by learning SMS (reservation system), RTP (ticket system), and Mi9 (retail system).
- Develop general resort knowledge by learning the information for lifts, adventure, events, and general resort operations to help assist our guests.
- Maintains the outside of the pool and lake facility by picking up trash, shoveling snow, and putting down ice melt.
- Completes daily operations of the cash register by counting the money and settling credit card machine, and completing cash report.
- Maintains appearance of the facility by cleaning bathrooms, pool deck, rugs, hot tub areas, front desk, and washing towels.
- Maintains inventory at the pool and/or lake facility by selling toys, swimsuits, and goggles; and restocking items.
- Work as a team to help assist the lifeguards.
- Lifeguard, CPR, BLS, and AED certifications are preferred, but not mandatory (will be included with on-job training)
Education:
- High School Diploma or GED
