Facility Associate (Part-Time)

Responsible for providing general support for assigned Netsmart to include, shipping and receiving, postal functions, facility security systems and ordering of supplies and equipment.
Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Respond to facility related requests and complete assigned tickets in a timely manner

  • Maintain all kitchens and cafe's including restocking and vendor management

  • Manage shipping and receiving function and in-house postage equipment

  • Order all supplies and equipment

  • Ensure security and emergency preparedness procedures are implemented properly; communicate workplace safety precautions to associates

  • Ensure that the facility is clean and maintained according to company policy and procedures

  • Check completed work by vendors and contractors

  • Support internal events by managing catering, assisting with event set up/tear down, maintaining meeting spaces, and other activities as needed.

Qualifications

Required

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Strong time management, organizational and prioritization skills

  • An eye for design and exceptional attention to detail

  • The ability to handle a high volume of work and frequent change

  • Proven critical thinking and problem-solving skills

  • Strong customer service skills

  • Strong ability to multi-task

  • Must be able to lift 50lbs.

  • Must be able to work various hours including nights and weekends.

Preferred

  • 1 year of event and facilities support experience.
