This individual will provide high level of administrative support by conducting research, preparing statistical reports and presentations, handling information requests and managing executive schedules along with a variety of planning, communication and organizational responsibilities.

Job Duties:



  • Manage and maintain executive schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Create, edit and maintain databases as required.
  • Prepare and edit reports, correspondence, communications, presentations and other documents for board and executive meetings. Proofreads copy for spelling, grammar, and layout, making appropriate changes. Responsible for accuracy and clarity of final copy.
  • Establish, maintains and updates filing system for documents and reference materials. Retrieves information from files when needed.
  • Arrange and coordinate meetings and events. May include making catering arrangements, set up and take down.
  • Record, transcribe and distribute board and executive meeting minutes
  • Ensures integrity of confidential communications.
  • Review operating practices and implement efficiencies where necessary
  • Manage and organize executive mail. Drafts written responses as requested. Responds to regularly occurring requests for information
  • Answer and manage incoming phone calls. Takes messages, answers or directs questions to appropriate internal stakeholder.
  • Acts as a liaison with all internal and external stakeholders.
  • Works independently or within a team on special nonrecurring and ongoing projects. May acts as project manager or team member for special projects


Requirements:




  • Three years of experience supporting senior leadership
