Description

UDR, Inc. is now hiring a HRIS Analyst to join our team at our corporate office in Highlands Ranch.

GENERAL SUMMARY OF DUTIES: Manage and perform critical processes in support of UDR's Human Resources HRIS team.

Responsible for the administration, configuration, and support of the UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) system. The position may also support other HR systems like Cornerstone and Qualtrics. This role involves collaborating with HR, IT, and other departments to ensure the effective use of HRIS systems. Role will process employee changes, ensuring data accuracy throughout all HR systems. Assist in the analysis and improvement of HR processes, configure UKG (workflow, etc.), provide technical support, and ensure data integrity within the system. Role requires strong understanding of HR functions and technical expertise in the UKG system to drive efficiency and enhance user experience.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

1. Responsible for all employee change requests including promotions, demotions, lateral, transfers, etc. This process includes document management thru UKG.

2. Manage the process in UKG for creating, activating, modifying, and inactivating hierarchy data related to the Company, business units, locations, districts, and areas as directed, timely and accurately.

3. Review, test, and implement system upgrades, new modules, or patches as necessary by partnering with both internal and respective vendor functional and technical staff to coordinate implementation.

4. Create reports to support business.

5. Design, develop, and configure workflow processes within the HRIS.

6. Assist in identifying and analyzing HRIS-related problems and devising solutions.

7. Serve as the first level of contact for HRIS-related inquiries, providing end-user support, troubleshooting issues, and delivering user training for new functionality or system updates.

8. Provide technical support for Cornerstone and/or Qualtrics.

9. Create requirements documents based on business needs, configure and test solutions.

10. Document system configurations, workflows, and user guides.

11. Stay current on HR technology trends and recommend improvements to optimize efficiency and user experience.

12. Serve as active member of the UKG Community researching solutions and generating and voting on ideas relevant to UDR

13. Provide support on file feeds and data integrations.

14. Perform various other duties as assigned or as necessary

PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS:



  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Polished interpersonal skills. Ability to work in conjunction with Company managers and associates. Ability to quickly develop strong internal working relationships.
  • Ability to exercise initiative, problem solving and decision-making skills. Ability to establish priorities and coordinate work activities. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously to meet critical deadlines. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community.
  • Experience in system configuration, reporting, and process automation. Knowledge of HR functions, compliance, and data management best practices. Proficiency in HRIS reporting tools, Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP), and SQL (preferred). Familiarity with API integrations and data flow between systems. Ability to analyze processes and functional requirements to identify inefficiencies and proposed solutions. Knowledge of HRIS, including but not limited to the principles of system security and permissions, data maintenance and integrity, data management, manipulation and reporting, and data privacy best practices. Significant experience with HR functions such as Payroll, Employee Benefits, Compensation and Performance Reviews.
  • Ability to prepare and present accurate and reliable reports containing findings and recommendations. Ability to use logical and creative thought processes to develop solutions according to written specifications and/or verbal instructions. Ability to perform a wide variety of duties and responsibilities with accuracy and speed under the pressure of time-sensitive deadlines.
  • Knowledge of computer systems and applications. Required fluency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • TYPICAL PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Requires prolonged sitting, some bending, stooping, and stretching. Requires constant data input for extended periods of time without leaving the work g area. Occasionally lifting files or paper weighing up to 30 pounds. Requires eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity sufficient to operate a keyboard, photocopier, telephone, calculator, and other office equipment. Requires normal range of hearing and eyesight to record, prepare, and communicate appropriate reports. Regular and consistent attendance on the job is an essential function.


TYPICAL WORKING CONDITIONS: Normal office environment. Occasional evening or weekend work.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field; or its equivalent education and experience is required.

2. Minimum of three years' experience working with HRIS systems required with experience in UKG (UltiPro) required.

3. Experience with Cornerstone Learning Management, Performance Reviews, Goal Setting and/or Succession planning is preferred.

Salary Range:
* $75,000.00/yr. - $90,000.00/yr., depends on experience

Bonus Potential:
* Eligible for 10% annual bonus potential, based on personal and company performance
