The Senior Mobile Strategy Manager will develop and implement strategies for Adobe's priority apps on both Apple and Google marketplaces and collaborate with teams like Go-to-Market, product, product-led growth, marketing, and finance to drive initiatives dedicated to mobile revenue.

Strategies include optimizing in-app monetization, pricing, and new business models. Experience in the mobile app industry and/or standard methodologies in commerce execution is a plus. We are seeking an individual who can optimally tackle problems and take a hands-on approach to driving initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do

Mobile Growth & Monetization

  • Define and optimize in-app monetization strategies, ensuring alignment with product capabilities and market trends.

  • Find opportunities for commerce innovation, using new technologies to improve conversion.

  • Lead cross-functional teamwork to streamline mobile purchase experiences and payment flows.

  • Use data-driven insights to refine mobile growth strategies and improve revenue outcomes.

  • Stay informed about mobile industry trends, standard processes, and evolving app stores payment technologies.

  • Work closely with product and engineering teams to align app development with monetization goals.

  • Champion mobile-first commerce strategies, ensuring Adobe's apps deliver flawless and scalable purchase experiences.

What You'll Need to Succeed

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $120,700 -- $213,400 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
